We started Lynex because too many exterior jobs up here go to someone who shows up late, barely communicates, and leaves an average result. That’s a low bar — and it’s the whole reason we exist.

Lynex is owner-run by Brayden, with a small, trained crew, now in our second season. The crew lead runs jobs to the same standard whether Brayden is on site or not, and we treat every property — especially the lakefront second homes we’re trusted with sight-unseen — like it’s our own. We soft wash what can be damaged, pressure-clean what can’t, protect the landscaping, and don’t leave until it’s right.
