What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email, property address, the services or plan you’re interested in, and any measurements or notes. We also record basic technical data such as the page you arrived from and marketing tags (UTM parameters) so we can understand what’s working.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare and schedule your service, and stay in touch about your job. Your lead is stored in our customer management system (Rovana, on Supabase) so our team can follow up. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Text messages

If you check the consent box, you agree we may text you about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We use Twilio to send those messages.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run this site and our business — including Supabase (data), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (text messaging), and website analytics. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just reach out at lynexdevelopment@gmail.com or 989-529-3798.
