Concrete & driveway cleaning in northern Michigan

Concrete is the most durable surface on your property and the biggest magnet for staining. We surface-clean it evenly — no wand stripes — so driveways, walkways and patios come back bright.

Why concrete stains and greens

Flatwork collects everything: tire and oil drips, winter salt, organic tannins from leaves, and a green film of algae on the shaded edges. Cleaning it with a narrow pressure wand leaves zebra stripes and misses the film between passes.

Rotary surface cleaning

We use a rotary surface cleaner that lays down even, overlapping pressure across the whole slab, then pull out oil and organic staining with the right pre-treatment. The result is a consistent, stripe-free finish across driveways, sidewalks, pavers and patios — and we can seal pavers on request.

Questions

Concrete & driveways — straight answers.

Can you get oil stains out?
Most of them — we pre-treat oil and organic staining before cleaning. Deep, old oil can lighten rather than vanish; we'll tell you honestly what to expect on site.
Do you clean pavers too?
Yes — pavers, stamped concrete and natural stone. We can re-sand and seal pavers on request.
Will pressure damage my concrete?
Used correctly, no. The rotary cleaner spreads pressure evenly, which is safer and cleaner than a concentrated wand.
