Estimates are estimates

Prices shown in the instant quote and pricing calculator are non-binding estimates generated from your inputs and our standard rates. Your exact price is confirmed at a free on-site walkthrough before any work begins. Nothing on this site is a binding contract or offer.

Service

We perform exterior cleaning services as described and agreed. We take reasonable care to protect your property — covering plants, checking windows and rinsing surrounding areas — and we’ll walk the finished work with you. Scheduling is weather-dependent up here, and we’ll keep you posted if timing shifts.

The Protection Plan

Your first restorative clean is paid up front, at the first service. Season care is then billed in eight monthly payments, April through November, or prepaid for the season, and renews each spring unless canceled. Full plan terms are shown on the Protection Plan page.

Liability

We carry insurance and stand behind our work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing surfaces, or conditions not disclosed to us before service. If something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll make it right.
