There are no fixed packages to squeeze into. Pick the services your property needs — if you don't have a deck, you don't pay for one — and the price is built from your real measurements.

First clean, paid up front

Your first restorative clean is paid when we do it, at the start of your season. You're paying for work you can see, not a promise.

Monthly payments, not monthly visits

These are two different things. We visit three times a season — about every four months, as the ClearCoat wears. The cost of those visits is simply split into equal monthly payments April through November so it isn't a lump sum. How often you're billed is not how often we show up.

No billing December–March

Northern Michigan has no winter exterior work, so there's no charge December through March. You never pay for months with no service.

Plan pricing, locked

Everything on the plan is 12% below our standard rates, and your rate is set at signup — it won't creep while you're a member.

Renews each spring

Each April we schedule your annual work and restart ongoing care, unless you cancel. We send a reminder before the first spring charge.

Cancel care anytime

Cancel ongoing care with 30 days' notice — you're only billed for visits already made. Your first clean is already paid for, so there's never a leftover balance.

If you sell the home

Moving? Let us know and we'll transfer your plan to the new owner, or cancel it with 30 days' notice.

What exactly is Lynex ClearCoat?
We clean your exterior windows with deionized water — it dries without leaving spots, because the minerals that cause spotting have been stripped out — then treat the glass with a coating that repels water and resists spotting and buildup. It holds for roughly three to four months, which is why the plan runs three visits a season.
Doesn't the house wash already clean my windows?
Not properly. A soft wash rinses the glass in passing, and we do hit the windows while we're there, but that isn't a window cleaning — no detailing of frames, tracks or screens, and no spot-free finish. Real window work is its own service, priced separately.
How is the plan priced?
You pick the services your property needs and we price them off your actual measurements. There are no fixed packages, so you never pay for a service you don't have. Everything on the plan is 12% below our standard one-time rates.
You bill monthly — do you actually come every month?
No, and this is the part worth being clear about. ClearCoat is three visits a season, roughly every four months as the coating wears. We split the cost of those visits into eight equal monthly payments (April–November) so you're not hit with a lump sum. Billing frequency and visit frequency are different things.
How does the billing work?
Two parts. Your first restorative clean is paid up front when we do it in the spring. Ongoing care — your ClearCoat visits — is split into eight equal monthly payments, April through November.
Why is the first clean paid up front?
It's the big, one-time restorative job, so paying for it when you receive it keeps your monthly payment low and means there's never a large balance hanging over either of us.
Am I really not billed in the winter?
Correct. Billing runs April through November — eight payments. There is no charge December through March, because there's no exterior cleaning to do up here in winter.
Can I prepay instead of paying monthly?
Yes. You can prepay your whole season's care in one payment for an extra discount. It's shown live in the calculator.
Can I add or drop a service later?
Yes — we prorate the difference and adjust your remaining payments. Most people add as they see the results.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee. Cancel ongoing care with 30 days' notice; since your first clean is already paid for, there's nothing left to settle.
When will my services actually be scheduled?
Your first clean is scheduled in the spring, and ongoing visits are spread across the season. Plan members get priority on the calendar, ahead of one-time jobs.

Protection Plan — Commercial

For restaurants, storefronts and resorts: monthly dumpster-pad, sidewalk and entryway flatwork, with optional monthly exterior window cleaning. Priced per visit at standard rates with roughly a 15% contract discount, billed monthly on a 12-month term. Commercial is year-round service — 12 months of work, 12 months of billing, no seasonal pause.
