First clean, paid up front

Your first restorative clean — the big one — is paid when we do it, at the start of your season. You're paying for work you can see, not a promise.

Season care, billed monthly

The ongoing upkeep — windows spring and fall, the mid-season rinse on Complete and up, and on Total your in-season visits — is split into equal monthly payments April–November, or prepaid in one payment for less.

No billing December–March

Northern Michigan has no winter exterior work, so there's no charge December through March. You never pay for months with no service.

Renews each spring

Each April we schedule your annual clean and restart season care, unless you cancel. We send a reminder before the first spring charge — no surprises.

Member add-ons

Extra roof, driveway or deck work is available on any tier at standard rates with a 10% member discount.

Cancel care anytime

Cancel season care with 30 days' notice — you're only billed for care months already served. Your first clean is already paid for, so there's never a leftover balance to settle.

If you sell the home

Moving? Let us know and we'll transfer your plan to the new owner, or cancel it with 30 days' notice.

How does the billing actually work?

Two parts. Your first restorative clean is paid up front when we do it in the spring. Then the ongoing upkeep — your season care — is split into eight equal monthly payments, April through November.

Why is the first clean paid up front?

It's the big, one-time restorative job, so paying for it when you receive it keeps your monthly payment low and means there's never a large balance hanging over either of us. It's the fairest way for both sides.

Am I really not billed in the winter?

Correct. Season care runs April through November — eight payments. There is no charge December through March, because there's no exterior cleaning to do up here in winter.

Can I prepay the season instead of paying monthly?

Yes. You can prepay your whole season's care in one payment for an extra discount. It's shown on every tier in the calculator.

Is this just a monthly house wash?

No. You get one thorough restorative clean up front, then lighter upkeep across the season to hold that result — windows spring and fall, a mid-season rinse on Complete and up, plus in-season visits on Total. How often you're billed isn't how often we clean.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes, each April, unless you cancel. We send a reminder before the first spring charge.

Can I upgrade tiers mid-season?

Yes — we prorate the difference and adjust your remaining payments.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee. Cancel season care with 30 days' notice; since your first clean is already paid for, there's nothing left to settle.

What if I sell my house mid-season?

Just let us know. We'll transfer the plan to the new owner, or cancel it with 30 days' notice.

When will my services actually be scheduled?

Your first clean is scheduled in the spring, and season care is spread across the spring-to-fall window. Total members get priority scheduling and first spots on the calendar.

Protection Plan — Commercial

For restaurants, storefronts and resorts: monthly dumpster-pad, sidewalk and entryway flatwork, with optional monthly exterior window cleaning. Priced per visit at standard rates with roughly a 15% contract discount, billed monthly on a 12-month term. Commercial is year-round service — 12 months of work, 12 months of billing, no seasonal pause.
